In 2019, Huawei was on site at the Trade Fair Center for a product launch and presented its new high-end smartphone. The keynote with seating for 1,700 people, a 40*7 meter LED screen and adjoining demo area in Hall A6 could be reached directly via a separate entrance and was staged in the overall Huawei branding.
With more than
9,500 visitors from 73 countries, the Fujitsu Forum was the Japanese technology group’s largest event in Europe. The Fujitsu design was impressively staged in the foyer of the
ICM and lent the brand a special radiance. Participants experienced a varied journey through keynotes, break-out sessions, demo centers and expert talks as well as networking evening events.
An extraordinary IT consulting kick-off event, organized by the event agency VBA Events GmbH, was characterized by a variety of formats that fitted perfectly into the existing rooms of the ICM, as well as some that had been adapted (Quick Spaces). The set-up of the main stage offered an impressive design as well as space for inspiring speakers in the lecture program and a live band at the closing networking party. There was also time for VR gaming, VR brand experience and 3D light painting in the networking area.
